Werner von Pein is a highly experienced CEO with extensive experience in PE and Family-Owned businesses across industries. He quickly identifies revenue/profit platforms as a springboard for strategic and exceptional enterprise results.

He is a proven change agent with strong leadership skills in diverse cultural environments. He has turned around several operations at various stages in their life. Werner has held numerous board positions as well as being a trusted advisor to owners and investors.

Over his career, Werner has held roles with increasing responsibility in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Leisure Activities/Toys, Small Appliances, Restaurants/Hospitality, Renewable Energy, Distribution/Warehousing and Farming. He launched businesses in the U.S. and Europe plus opened new markets and distribution channels in Central and South America.

Werner built Southern Europe for a global Fortune 100 Company, followed by Executive VP of a $20 billion New York based CPG business. Subsequent to corporate roles, Werner concentrated on the restructuring and building of small to medium sized Private Equity or Family owned operations. His accomplishments have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the London Financial Times and in a live interview on Fox Business.

Werner has mentored entrepreneurs in start-ups, providing guidance and direction in all aspects of strategy and operations. He is a member of NACD, the Family Institute and International Executive Resources Group.

Though his career has emphasized marketing, he holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Xavier University.

Werner is fluent in four languages and can conduct business in each. He has presented to students at several European business schools.
