Pete Statile is an accomplished commercial, operational and financial executive.
His executive and Board level experience includes a wide range of public and private
industrial businesses with extensive operations in the North American, European
and Asian markets.
Over a 30-year career, many of Pete’s corporate assignments involved divestitures,
acquisitions, growth initiatives and integration of diverse businesses. The integrated
businesses he
helped create resulted in transformational value realization. Most recently, Pete
has been President of Venator Enterprises, a private advisory group, providing strategic
services focused on the executive management, leadership, operational and financial
challenges of middle market companies.
For the 10 years prior to this, he held senior level positions at three companies
with common private equity ownership. He was President and Chief Operating Officer
of Precision Partners, a $450M manufacturing and engineering services provider to
the aerospace, defense, power generation and transportation industries. With 23
production facilities (US, Canada, Mexico and China), the company specialized in
performance critical, exotic alloy, precision components.
Concurrently, Pete was responsible for the performance of Aeromet International;
a UK manufacturer of superplastic titanium formed aerospace components and advanced
light alloy investment castings and Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, a provider
of performance critical electronic components and ceramics. He continues to serve
on the board of Aeromet.
Previously, he spent 15 years at Hanson PLC, culminating as President and CEO of
its $2B+ North American operations and Associate Director of the parent company.
Pete holds a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College, Brooklyn, NY, and is a CPA.
He currently resides in Staten Island, New York with his wife.
